Farmhouse Recipe Pork Rice Bowl with Plenty of Cabbage

  1. You can make teriyaki sauce very easily.
  2. Check out the recipe here..
  3. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage with a slicer.
  4. The more thinly sliced, the better.
  5. Lightly grease a frying pan with some oil and stir-fry the pork over high heat for 1 minute.
  6. Then add the teriyaki sauce and when it's cooked down halfway, stop the heat.
  7. Place lots of cabbage on top of a bowl of rice, followed by a layer of cooked pork and sauce from the pan.
  8. Then top the rice bowl with some finely sliced spring onion to finish.
