Farmhouse Recipe Pork Rice Bowl with Plenty of Cabbage
- 200 grams Thinly siced pork offcuts
- 100 grams Cabbage
- 1 Green onions (finely sliced)
- 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce (see below)
- 2 portions Hot cooked rice
- You can make teriyaki sauce very easily.

- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage with a slicer.
- The more thinly sliced, the better.
- Lightly grease a frying pan with some oil and stir-fry the pork over high heat for 1 minute.
- Then add the teriyaki sauce and when it's cooked down halfway, stop the heat.
- Place lots of cabbage on top of a bowl of rice, followed by a layer of cooked pork and sauce from the pan.
- Then top the rice bowl with some finely sliced spring onion to finish.
