Sausage casserole

  1. Brown the sausage set aside drained
  2. Preheat over 325 Fahrenheit.
  3. Place bread in a well buttered 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Combine the eggs, milk, dry mustard, and onion powder.
  6. Pour evenly over the bread and cheese.
  7. Sprinkle sausage over the top
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before putting in the oven.
  9. Bake uncovered for about one hour.
  10. Cover with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
