Tofu Stew
- 30 g bacon
- 5 g canola oil
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 pieces konbu
- 150 g white radishes
- 290 g zucchini
- 185 g mushrooms
- 12 head cauliflower
- 7 garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 600 g soft tofu
- 2 eggs
- Boil the konbu, water, stock and garlic for 20 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and seasoning boil for another 10 minutes.
- Add the tofu and the eggs and stir.
- Serve.
