Cereal Yogurt Bars
- 2 cups raisin bran cereal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 containers (6 oz. each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix cereal, 3/4 cup flour, the sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- Cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the cereal mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.
- Beat egg, yogurt and 2 Tbsp.
- flour with wire whisk until well blended; spread over crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining cereal mixture.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Cut into 16 bars to serve.
