Beef Brisket

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place onions in roasting pan; top with meat.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
  4. Cover with foil; pierce foil in several places with sharp knife to vent.
  5. Bake 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until meat is done (160F).
  6. Let stand, covered, 10 min.
  7. before slicing.
  8. Serve with meat drippings.
