Peri Peri Wings
- 2 pounds chicken wings (or more)
- 1 TBSP Paprika, any
- 1 TBSP Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 2 tsp dry ground Peri Peri peppers (or cayenne pepper)
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried crushed
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered Ginger
- Mix dry rub ingredients well and season wings generously.
- Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
- Place wings on the grill over the drip pan (be sure and add water to the pan).
- Cook at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.
- When the juices run clear and the internal temperature of the wings is 170F removed from the grill.
- Remove from the grill and cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser.
