Peri Peri Wings

  1. Mix dry rub ingredients well and season wings generously.
  2. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
  4. Place wings on the grill over the drip pan (be sure and add water to the pan).
  5. Cook at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. When the juices run clear and the internal temperature of the wings is 170F removed from the grill.
  7. Remove from the grill and cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  8. This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser.
