Dans Burger Chicken Recipe

• 2-1/8 c. (500 ml) veg oil
• 1 Tbsp. grnd coriander
• 1 Tbsp. grnd cardamon
• 1 Tbsp. turmeric
• 6 bay leaves
• 1/2 tsp. grnd black pepper
• 1 tsp. chopped garlic
• 1/2 tsp. grnd cumin

1. Mix all Ingredients together, then add in chicken mix well and chuck it on the BBQ or possibly Grill your choice.
2. This is just a marinade for chicken, you can use with anything.
3. Will do up 4 lbs of chicken, so vary to suit size.
