Napa Cabbage Roll

  1. bring a pot of water to a boil then add napa cabbage and simmer for 5 minute till soft drain and let it cooled
  2. wrap cabbage with enoki mushroom with carrot then fasten with toothpick.
  3. in pan put stock and wrap cabbage and poach for 3 minute then add wolfberry ( dried goji berries ) then off heat and garnish
