Argentina Style Empanadas

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brown beef in 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing in large skillet.
  4. Add onions, peppers and cumin; cover.
  5. Cook on medium-low heat 10 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup olives and remaining dressing.
  8. Roll each pie crust into 14-inch circle on lightly floured surface; cut each into 8 (4-inch) circles.
  9. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  10. meat mixture onto center of each dough circle; top with 1 Tbsp.
  11. cheese.
  12. Fold in 3 sides of each circle to make triangles.
  13. Top with olive slice.
  14. Place on baking sheet.
  15. Bake 15 min.
  16. or until golden brown.
