Mixed Vegetable Cream Soup Microwave Recipe

  1. Dissolve bouillon in 1/2 c. water in 2 qt microwave proof bowl.
  2. Add in mixed vegetables and spices.
  3. Microwave on high for 15 min in covered bowl.
  4. Stir twice.
  5. Mix flour and 1/2 c. of lowfat milk.
  6. Shake together till smooth.
  7. Add in remaining lowfat milk and butter to vegetables mix; add in flour/lowfat milk mix.
  8. Microwave uncovered for 7 to 10 min on high.
  9. During the last 4 to 5 min add in cheese, stirring to combine.
