Black Bean Hummus

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend on low speed until roughly chopped.
  3. Increase to high speed to get a smooth consistency.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Store, covered in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
