With Vegetable Oil Coffee Snowball Cookies

  1. Sift the cake flour and sugar into a bowl.

  3. Add the ground coffee and continue mixing.
  4. Add vegetable oil and maple oil (or vanilla oil) to taste.
  5. Cut in and blend with your hand until it's no longer floury.
