Cantaloupe Soup (Sopa De Melon Escribe)

  1. Place the half and half, potato, and cantaloupe in the blender.
  2. Blend to a smooth puree.
  3. Stir in sherry.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or lime slice.
