Cantaloupe Soup (Sopa De Melon Escribe)

• 1/2 cup light cream (half&half)
• 1 cup potatoes cooked, peeled and diced
• 3 cups cantaloupe peeled, diced
• 1/4 cup sherry dry
• 1 pinch salt

1. Place the half and half, potato, and cantaloupe in the blender.
2. Blend to a smooth puree.
3. Stir in sherry.
4. Season to taste.
5. Serve chilled.
6. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or lime slice.
