Marmalade Nut Bread

  1. Sift together dry ingredients; stir in remaining ingredients, except cream cheese, just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Spoon mix into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour.
  4. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
  5. Serve with cream cheese.
