Porkchop Casserole - A meal in One

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Peel and cut potatoes into small bite size pieces.
  3. In a casserole dish, put one layer of potatoes down.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onions over the potatoes.
  5. Spread mushroom soup over the potatoes and onions.
  6. Repeat the layers until all used.
  7. Cut the pork chops into bite size pieces and place on top.
  8. Top the casserole with French's Onion topping.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for one hour.
