Unleavened Cheese Rolls

  1. Cream butter(3min.
  2. ), then stir in cottage chs.
  3. & salt.
  4. Add sifted flour & mix evenly.
  5. Flour hands and divide dough equally into 4(32) or 6(48)pieces shaping into flatenned balls & wrapping into clingfilm.
  6. These need to chill at least 3hrs.
  7. When ready, lightly dust w/flour & roll out each disc to 1/4" & cut into 8pc.
  8. Roll into a crescent shape starting w/large end.
  9. Place on a cookie sheet & Bake 350*F/180*C for 30min.
  10. or till a light golden brown.
  11. Drizzle or brush w/a melted butter.
