Unleavened Cheese Rolls
- 32 rolls on L. & 48 rolls on R.
- 1 C.butter - 1 1/2 C.
- 2 C.(16oz)sm.curd cottage chs. - 3 C.(24oz)
- 2 C. plain flour-sifted - 3 C.
- 1/2 tsp.salt - 3/4 tsp.
- Cream butter(3min.
- ), then stir in cottage chs.
- & salt.
- Add sifted flour & mix evenly.
- Flour hands and divide dough equally into 4(32) or 6(48)pieces shaping into flatenned balls & wrapping into clingfilm.
- These need to chill at least 3hrs.
- When ready, lightly dust w/flour & roll out each disc to 1/4" & cut into 8pc.
- Roll into a crescent shape starting w/large end.
- Place on a cookie sheet & Bake 350*F/180*C for 30min.
- or till a light golden brown.
- Drizzle or brush w/a melted butter.
