Good for Setsubun Salmon and Cream Cheese Nori-maki Sushi

  1. Slice the salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber into thin strips.
  2. I used this for the cream cheese.
  3. Cut off the top of the whole nori sheet (20.5cmx18.5cm), about 4 cm wide.
  4. (After some experiments, it's easier if you cut off the top!)
  5. Spread sushi rice on of the nori sheet, leaving about 2 cm uncovered on your far-side.
  6. Top with leafy lettuce, cucumber, cream cheese, and salmon.
  7. With your fingers, moisten all uncovered area of nori sheet (works like glue).
  8. Roll the sushi and seal.
  9. Easier to slice if you rest it for a while.
