Carrot Apple Dressing

• 12 lb carrot, peeled and grated
• 1 granny smith apple, peeled cored and chopped
• 14 cup cider vinegar
• 12 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons water
• kosher salt

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
