Star Ruby

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Hibiscus Gin
• 1 ounce Lillet blanc
• 1/2 ounce Benedictine (brandy-based herbal liqueur)

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the 1 1/2 ounces of Hibiscus Gin, the Lillet blanc and the Benedictine and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
