Blue Marlin over Mushroom and Pepper Pasta

  1. Pasta: Cook pasta until a la dente.
  2. Warm oil in pan.
  3. Add the butter and melt.
  4. Add the seasonings and peppers.
  5. Once the peppers are half done, add the mushrooms.
  6. Mix with drained pasta when done.
  7. Fish: Warm a grill pan with olive oil applied with a paper towel.
  8. Melt butter and vinegar together.
  9. Place fish on grill pan at medium medium high heat.
  10. Brush with half of the melted mixture and season to taste.
  11. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until done.
  12. Turn fish over and use the other half of the mixture and season.
  13. Cook 2-3 minutes or until done.
  14. Place cooked fish on a bed of pasta.
