Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff Made Over

  1. Place meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables and 1 Tbsp.
  2. thyme.
  3. Add broth and water; stir.
  4. Cover with lid.
  5. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  6. About 15 min.
  7. before serving stroganoff, cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  8. Drain noodles; place in large bowl.
  9. Add cream cheese product and remaining thyme to meat mixture in slow cooker; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  10. Add meat mixture to noodles; stir gently to combine.
