Boneless Breasts Tandoori Recipe

  1. In large bowl combine yogurt, butter, lemon juice and spices.
  2. Place chicken breasts in mix and turn to coat well.
  3. Cover and marinate for 3 hrs or possibly longer, refrigerated.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5 to 6 inches above medium-warm coals for 10 min Turn and baste 2 to 3 times with marinade.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
