Italian New Potato Bake
- 2 lb. new potatoes, cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) DI GIORNO FREE Nonfat Grated Topping
- Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt.
- Add grated topping; mix lightly.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
