Brazilian Bloom
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
- cracked ice
- 14 cup cachaca (a Brazilian liquor similar to rum made with sugar cane)
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime wedges, sugar and hibiscus; muddle with a wooden spoon.
- Fill halfway with cracked ice.
- Add the Cachaca and shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cordial glass.
- Enjoy!
