Elbow Mac Pepperoni Pizza
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (14 ounce) jar Ragu tomato sauce
- 2 ounces pepperoni slices
- Cook macaroni to package directions; drain.
- Heat oven to 350F and grease 12-inch round pizza pan.
- In bowl, lightly beat egg, stir in macaroni,1/2 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan and seasonings until well mixed.
- Put mixture in pizza pan and spread evenly.
- Spoon thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
