Vegetarian Chili

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add carrots, celery and spices. When vegetables are tender, add green peppers.
  2. Cook until done. Combine all other ingredients and heat together gently either in kettle or moderate oven, covered.
  3. Serve topped with grated cheese.
