Baby Backs

  1. heat oven to 325
  2. wash ribs ,use paper towel to remove skin from back of ribs
  3. place on baking sheet pan,pour water over ribs coat with stk seas and all spice.
  4. cover pan with plastic wrap then aluminum foil place in oven bake one and a half to two hours.
  5. remove ribs from oven place ribs in another pan cover with ice to cool.
  6. once cool place ribs on grill ,reheat to 155F cover with bbq sauce lightly char then remove and serve.
  7. ribs can be saved for a few days if cooled to 41 degrees wrapped in plastic and placed in fridge which i highly recommend before u attempt to grill
