Cheesy Artichoke Squares

  1. Butter an 8 x 8-inch glass pan with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine.
  2. Saute onion, garlic and parsley in a little butter until onion is translucent.
  3. Meanwhile, drain and chop artichoke hearts.
  4. While they are still "draining," beat eggs until they are light.
  5. Add bread crumbs and seasonings.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Stir in cheese, sauteed onion, garlic and parsley and artichoke hearts. Put in greased pan.
  8. Bake 35 minutes at 325u0b0, until it feels firm to touch.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
