Curried Salmon Casserole Recipe

  1. Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.
  2. Saute/fry green pepper and onion in butter till tender.
  3. Blend in flour and curry pwdr.
  4. Add in lowfat milk to reserved salmon liquid to measure 1 c.. Add in to skillet.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, till smooth and thickened.
  6. Add in vegetables and salmon.
  7. Turn into 1 qt casserole.
  8. Combine baking mix and cheese.
  9. Add in lowfat milk and stir till soft dough is formed.
  10. Drop by spoonfuls onto salmon mix.
  11. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till golden.
