Soft-Set Seasoned Eggs with Okonomiyaki Sauce
- 3 Egg
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- Pour enough water in a pan to cover the eggs and heat.
- When it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook for 6 minutes.
- Turn the heat off.
- Chill the eggs in running water, and remove the shells.
- Place the eggs from Step 2 in a plastic bag.
- Add an adequate amount of the okonomiyaki sauce and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge.
- The eggs will absorb the color of the sauce like in the photo and they taste great.
