Liver Italiano Recipe
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 pound sliced beef liver (1" pcs)
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper, thin strips
- 3-4 ounce. uncooked spaghetti
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Mix flour and garlic salt.
- Use this mix to coat your meat.
- Heat oil.
- Brown meat over medium heat.
- Stir in tomato sauce.
- Add in green peppers.
- Cover and simmer till done 8-10 min.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
