Quick Pork and Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce until blended.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  3. oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min.
  5. or until done.
  6. Remove from wok; cover to keep warm.
  7. Heat remaining oil in wok.
  8. Add broccoli and carrots; stir-fry 3 min.
  9. Add beans, broth and dressing; stir-fry 3 to 5 min.
  10. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  11. Add soy sauce mixture and meat to vegetable mixture in wok; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  12. or until sauce is thickened.
  13. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  14. or until shrimp turn pink.
