Blackberry Rhubarb Vinaigrette Recipe

• 1/2 c. Blackberry Basalmic Vinegar
• 1/2 c. Rhubarb Wine
• 1/2 c. Salad Oil
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp White Pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in either a blender, or possibly a sealable jar, and blend.
2. Best if chilled before using.
