Stuffed Squash

  1. Split squash lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out inside of squash and cook in skillet with the onion, butter and seasonings.
  3. When done, add 1 cup cracker crumbs, beaten eggs and ham.
  4. Stuff filling into shells that have been scalded a few minutes.
  5. Sprinkle rest of finely rolled cracker crumbs and paprika on squash and drip a little butter from pastry brush over top.
  6. Bake in pan with a few drops of water to keep from sticking.
  7. You may sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 until brown.
