Stir-Fried Chirimen Jako and Green Bell Peppers
- 6 Green bell pepper
- 30 grams Chirimen jako
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Remove the stems and seeds from the green bell peppers, and thinly slice them.
- Heat a frying pan with sesame oil, and stir-fry the green bell peppers from Step 1.
- Once the green bell peppers are tender, add the chirimen jako, and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Then, drizzle on soy sauce, stir-fry for another few seconds, and it's done.
