Low-Fat Microwave Lasagna

  1. Brown turkey and Italian sausage; drain.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water and heat through.
  3. Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce into 12 x 8-inch baking dish (microwave-safe).
  5. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers.
  6. Cook, covered, with plastic wrap, on High for 8 minutes and on Medium-low for 35 to 38 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes before serving.
