Texas Caviar
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix
- 13 cup canola oil
- 4 ounces salsa
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 12 red onion, diced
- 1 (5 ounce) can mexicorn, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate minimum of 3-4 hours.
- Serve with corn chips.
