Mixed Greens, Oranges, and Endive with Orange Vinaigrette

  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
  2. Whisk in olive oil; season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
  3. Using small knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges.
  4. Working over large bowl, cut between membranes to release orange segments into bowl.
  5. Add greens and endive to bowl with oranges.
  6. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
