Bleu Cheese Party Spread

  1. Soften gelatin and water in a small pan.
  2. Bring to just a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin, and remove from heat.
  3. Set aside. Combine sour cream, cheeses and spices in a processor container or mixer bowl and blend well.
  4. Add gelatin and blend again.
  5. Pour into a 10-inch decorative pie plate and refrigerate until firm, overnight is best.
  6. Garnish with shrimp, onion, olives, cheese and tomatoes as desired.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
