Stuffed Pork Loin

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to directions.
  3. Butterfly pork loin.
  4. Put a layer of stuffing on half fold over and truss with butchers twine.
  5. Mix bouillon and water then add to 9x13 pan.
  6. Add stuffed pork loin and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 2 hours.
  8. Uncover and bake for additional 20-30 minutes.
  9. Let sit 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
