Stuffed Pork Loin
- 3 lb Pork Loin
- 1 Chicken Stuffing
- 1 tbsp Chicago Steakhouse Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Chicken Bouillon
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare stuffing according to directions.
- Butterfly pork loin.
- Put a layer of stuffing on half fold over and truss with butchers twine.
- Mix bouillon and water then add to 9x13 pan.
- Add stuffed pork loin and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours.
- Uncover and bake for additional 20-30 minutes.
- Let sit 5-10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
