Spicy Thai Sweet Chili Burgers
- 1-1/2 qt. coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1-1/2 cups sweet chili sauce
- 12 each ground beef patties (5 oz./140 g)
- 24 slices Kraft Habanero Heat Cheese Slices (11 g)
- 12 each sesame seed hamburger buns
- 3/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 12 each iceberg lettuce leaves
- 24 slices tomato slices, 1/4-inch thick
- Combine coleslaw blend and chili sauce; set aside.
- For each serving: Grill 1 patty on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F 71 degrees C), adding 2 cheese slices for the last 1 to 2 min.
- Meanwhile, toast 1 bun, cut sides down, 1 min.
- on grill.
- Spread bottom half of bun with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) mayo.
- Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, cheeseburger, 1/2 cup (125 mL) coleslaw mixture and top half of bun.
