Spicy Thai Sweet Chili Burgers

  1. Combine coleslaw blend and chili sauce; set aside.
  2. For each serving: Grill 1 patty on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
  3. on each side or until done (160 degrees F 71 degrees C), adding 2 cheese slices for the last 1 to 2 min.
  4. Meanwhile, toast 1 bun, cut sides down, 1 min.
  5. on grill.
  6. Spread bottom half of bun with 1 Tbsp.
  7. (15 mL) mayo.
  8. Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, cheeseburger, 1/2 cup (125 mL) coleslaw mixture and top half of bun.
