Best Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Dissolve yeast in water for 3 minutes.
  2. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt.
  3. Beat until bubbly.
  4. Add balance of flour to make soft dough.
  5. Knead lightly.
  6. Let rise until double. Roll out about 1/4-inch thick (it's easier if dough is divided in half).
  7. Spread with margarine, sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Raisins may be added, too.
  9. Roll as jelly roll and cut.
  10. Raise until double. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. Ice while warm.
  12. Makes about 24 that stay soft and are wonderful served warm.
