Sour Cream Biscuits Recipe
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. club soda
- 2 c. biscuit mix or possibly Bisquick mix
- Mix well, knead till smooth, using extra flour on hands if sticky.
- Roll on well floured mat or possibly counter to about 1/4" thick, cut with biscuit cutter.
- Put biscuits on a greased pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 min or possibly till light brown, whichever comes first.
