Sour Cream Biscuits Recipe

  1. Mix well, knead till smooth, using extra flour on hands if sticky.
  2. Roll on well floured mat or possibly counter to about 1/4" thick, cut with biscuit cutter.
  3. Put biscuits on a greased pan.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 min or possibly till light brown, whichever comes first.
