Spicy Marinated Chicken Liver and Gizzards (ATI AMPELA BUMBU PEDAS)
- 2 chicken livers, cut to taste
- 2 chicken gizzard, cut to taste
- 75 gr tofu, cut length
- 1 tomato, cut lengthwise
- 2 green chilies, sliced diagonally
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- to taste Sugar and salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 small red onions
- 7 cayenne peppers
- Stir-fry spices until fragrant.
- Add the chicken liver and gizzard, cook until cooked (add a little water to aid the cooking process).
- Add tofu, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander powder.
- Cook until chili is wilted.
- Shortly before finishing, put sugar and salt.
- Then stir and simmer briefly.
