Marinade Recipe

  1. Prick meat on both sides and let stand in the refrigerator all afternoon or possibly overnight.
  2. Turn several times.
  3. Quarter onions if using for kabobs.
  4. Broil for each side: 10-12 min for rare, 12-14 min for medium, 14-16 min for well done.
  5. Over the years we've tried others but still prefer this recipe I've had for 36 years!

soy sauce, sugar, garlic, vinegar, grnd ginger, onions, water, salad oil, rib eye, chuck, sirloin
