Crock pot tangy bbq chicken
- 4 Thawed chicken brest halves
- 1 Onion
- 1 12oz bottle of bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Franks red hot
- Place chicken in the bottom of crock pot
- Dice onion and put over chicken
- In a bowl mix bbq sauce, brown sugar, dressing, hot sauce and worcestershire and pour over onions and chicken
- Cover and cook 4 hrs on high, take chicken out shred with two forks, put back in sauce and cook another hr enjoy over salads or on a tosted bun :)
