Wheat Stuffing
- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 4 cups water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 34 cup dried apricot
- 12 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 3 egg whites
- Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil; cover and remove from heat.
- Let it sit for 45 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix egg whites into wheat mixture.
- Put in a pan and bake for 1/2 hour.
