Baked Pork Chops In Mushroom Burgundy Recipe

  1. Saute/fry pork in butter till brown, remove from skillet and place in shallow buttered baking dish.
  2. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms, sprinkle with flour and salt and pepper.
  3. Blend in burgundy till thickened.
  4. Pour over pork, cover.
  5. Bake 350 degree oven 1 hour or possibly simmer med heat 45 minutes.
  6. Remove pork and keep hot.
  7. Blend into sauce the egg yolk, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk.
  8. Cook and stir without boiling till thickened.
  9. Pour over pork.
