Strawberry and Pineapple Frozen Salad

• 1 13 cups whipped cream
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 12 cup sugar
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 1 -2 cup strawberry
• 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)
• 4 pineapple rings

1. Mix the first four ingredients together.
2. Mix in the strawberries and nuts (if desired).
3. Put the pineapple rings on the bottom of a 8x8 dish and pour the mixture over them.
4. Freeze.
5. When serving cut into fourths and place each serving on a lettuce leaf.
