Balsamic Chicken Recipe

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. Dredge in mix of salt, pepper and 2 Tablespoons flour.
  3. Brown chicken in oil in skillet on 1 side for 2 to 3 munutes.
  4. Turn chicken.
  5. Add in mushrooms and garlic.
  6. Cook for 3 to 5 min or possibly till chicken is brown.
  7. Stir in vinegar, broth, bay leaf and thyme.
  8. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  9. Remove chicken to serving platter.
  10. Stir in 1 Tablespoons flour and butter.
  11. Cook for 7 min, stirring constantly.
  12. Throw away bay leaf.
  13. Pour over chicken.
  14. Serve with wild rice and vegtable.
